RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Pantera Stores. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Intimates & lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)
  • Sale/clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at info@panterastores.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for your return
  3. We'll send you return instructions within 24-48 hours

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@panterastores.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right!
